The NISSIN Royal Stage has a premium feel and cast, as well as top notch aesthetics. The rod feels similar to the NISSIN Zerosum rods but a little stiffer and slightly heavier but it is still a very light Tenkara rod.
The Royal Stage Tenkara rods are rated for a tippet size of 1.2 (a bit over 4X but less than 3X). For being so light, they are very capable rods.
