The #3 line rating maintains the sensitivity and precision required when fishing light nymphs and fine leaders, while providing additional versatility when fishing heavier nymphs, deeper water, stronger currents or larger fish. At the heart of the Zone series is Primal's proprietary CCC – Compressed Carbon Chain Technology, engineered to improve transmission through the blank and provide exceptionally direct contact with the flies throughout the drift. The blank is constructed from Ultra High Modulus 64MSI Japanese Toray Carbon, combined with an Ultra Light Nano Resin Helical Core designed to optimize torsional stability while keeping the rod exceptionally light and responsive. At 10'3" (312 cm), the rod offers an excellent balance of reach, drift control and handling. The Zone CCC #3 is the most versatile choice for anglers looking for a modern Euro Nymphing rod capable of adapting to a wide variety of fishing conditions.
